岗位职责： 1. 主要负责结构专业材料采购 Responsible for Structure Material Procurement. 2. 负责完成本专业物资的项目投标报价，采办策略和计划编制，采购制度及体系文件的执行；负责完成本专业业务范围内项目设备及材料采办。 Responsible for Inquiry for Bid, procurement strategy and plan development, purchase method and procedure execution and etc. for the discipline. Responsible for organize all the purchase activities for material and equipment which are related to related disciplines. 3. 协助采购主管完成本专业范围内的日常管理工作 Assist procurement buyer supervisor to finish all the daily work for the discipline 4. 负责本专业物资采办计划、采办策略的制定 Responsible for development of procurement plan and strategy for the discipline 5. 负责执行本专业采办管理规章制度，程序、工作流程 Responsible for implementation of management policy, procedure and work flow for the discipline 6. 负责公司项目本专业的投标报价 Responsible for provide inquiry for bid 7. 负责开展本专业物资采购的发标、询价、评标、谈判、签订工作 Responsible for bid issuing, inquiry, bid evaluation, negotiation, and purchase order signing work. 8. 负责初审本专业所签采购订单是否符合国家法律法规和公司各项管理要求 Responsible for make sure all the purchase order in compliance with government regulations and company policy 应聘条件条件： 1、大学本科, 英语4级/6级 Bachelor degree， pass CET 4/CET 6 test 2、工程管理、海洋工程及相关工科专业，结构专业优先。 major in project management, offshore oil engineering or related. Structure referred （1 of 2） 3、3年以上工作经验 3 years’ experience 4、较强的计划、组织、协调和管理能力；具有良好的文字、口头表达能力；较强的英文听说读写能力 Familiar with procurement management and working procedure, relevant knowledge of procurement. Familiar with internal management program. Strong communication and coordination capability. Good English for listening, writing and speaking. Familiar with office software.
